Historic Projects

The team have been directly involved in the following projects as investors, asset managers or finance advisors.

Black Lion House, Aldgate

A joint venture to acquire and develop an existing 75,000 sq. ft. commercial and retail building in the growth area of Aldgate East, London, into a 120,000 sq. ft. 220 bed four star extended stay hotel, with a roof top bar and restaurant.

The scheme was designed by New York Architects Grzywinski + Pons, together with Dexter Moren Architects.

Hub by Premier Inn, Brick Lane

A joint venture to acquire and redevelop an existing structure into a 186 bed hotel, designed by EPR architects and operated by Premier Inn under their Hub brand.

Hoax, Liverpool

A joint venture to acquire and redevelop an existing building into an award winning 5-star hostel designed by ICA Architects.

Residential Development in Harpenden

A Principal investment to acquire an existing building with retail and convert it to 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. This refurbishment of an existing building was developed under Permitted Development legislation.
