Ciel seeks to focus on hotel and mixed use developments in London and key regional economic centres such as Cambridge, Oxford, Bristol, Bath and Leeds. In addition to these areas, towns and cities connected to international airports such as Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen are of particular interest.
Ciel targets residential and mixed used developments in London (within the M25) and the Home Counties, typically with a one hour commute of London.
In addition key regional towns and cities with self supporting economies or strong links to larger cities, including the key Scottish cities are also areas of focus.
Ciel’s investment board will consider a wider range of asset classes including student housing and care home opportunities in the UK and across Europe in key locations such as Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels, Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich.
