Our client acquired the property as a 28,063 sq ft office building; the majority of which was in a stripped back condition with 42 car parking spaces. The property is located one mile to the east of Norwich City Centre.

Under permitted development our client planned to convert the existing office space into 47 residential units (four studio flats, 32 one bedroom flats and 11 two bedroom flats) planning consent was also gained to build two extra flats on the flat roof of the east wing (three bedrooms with balcony space).
