Ciel Capital were appointed to assist on the redevelopment and funding of the conversion of a listed building in Canterbury to a Hampton by Hilton Hotel on St. Margaret’s Street in the heart of town Centre. Planning was granted for a 131 bed hotel, a roof top restaurant and two ground floor retail units. Construction has started on site and practical completion is due in Q2 2021.

Franchise agreements have been finalized with Hilton (under Hampton by Hilton brands). Interstate will be the operators.

Ciel are asset managers for the entire development responsible for managing relationships between all key parties.
