The Oldway Centre, Swansea since the 1970’s has acted as a 13 storey office building providing 237,992 sqft. A retained client of Ciel purchased the site in 2015 when it began its transformation into a 556 unit student accommodation scheme providing a mix of cluster and studio accommodation.

Ciel were involved in raising capital for the development, sourcing potential lending partners and assisting on the loan documentation and valuation.
